2. Quotes and pricing

Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 14 days.

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Properties outside our usual service area
  • Parking fees, tolls or special access costs

3. Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when we confirm the date, time, property address, services and fee in writing.

We may require a deposit, full payment or written acceptance before confirming a booking.

We may refuse, postpone or stop services where we reasonably believe there is a safety risk, legal restriction, access issue, unpaid invoice, unsuitable weather, drone restriction, unreasonable request, or request that may be unlawful, misleading or outside the agreed scope.

4. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate property details and access instructions
  • Ensuring the property is ready at the booked time
  • Ensuring the property is clean, tidy, safe and reasonably presented
  • Ensuring lights, doors, gates, lifts, keys and access points are available
  • Removing or hiding personal, confidential, valuable or sensitive items before the shoot
  • Advising us of any safety hazards before arrival
  • Obtaining any required permission from owners, vendors, landlords, tenants, occupants, strata managers, building managers or managing agents
  • Ensuring any pets are secured and safe
  • Ensuring the property can be legally and safely photographed, filmed or accessed

We are not responsible for cleaning, styling, moving heavy furniture, repairing property presentation issues, hiding personal items, or waiting for the property to be prepared unless this has been agreed in writing.

5. Access issues and unprepared properties

If we cannot start or complete the shoot because access is unavailable, the property is not reasonably prepared, required permissions have not been obtained, or unsafe conditions are present, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover time, travel and costs incurred, up to the full booking fee.

Where possible, we may offer a reschedule at our discretion. Additional fees may apply.

6. Cancellation and rescheduling

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • More than 24 hours' notice: no cancellation fee and one free reschedule, subject to availability.
  • Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the booking fee may apply.
  • No-show, same-day cancellation after we have departed, or inability to access the property after arrival: up to 100% of the booking fee may apply.

We may reschedule exterior, drone or outdoor work due to unsuitable weather, safety issues, airspace restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we need to reschedule due to our own availability, equipment failure, illness or other issue within our control, we will work with you to arrange a suitable alternative time or provide an appropriate refund for services not performed.

7. Payment terms

Payment terms will be stated on the quote or invoice.

Unless we have agreed approved account terms in writing, payment is due before release of final high-resolution files.

We may provide previews, watermarked proofs or low-resolution samples before payment, but we are not required to release final files until payment has been received.

Where account terms are approved, payment is due by the due date stated on the invoice.

Late payments may result in suspension of delivery, suspension of future bookings, reasonable debt recovery costs, and interest where permitted by law.

The licence to use the final works begins only after full payment has been received.

8. Delivery times

Standard delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the booking, workload, property size, editing requirements, weather, access issues, public holidays, supplier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

As a general guide:

  • Edited photos: usually within 48 hours after the shoot
  • Property video: usually within 72 hours after the shoot
  • Virtual staging: usually within 48–72 hours after suitable images are available
  • Floor plans: usually within 48 hours after the shoot or site visit
  • Virtual tours: usually within 48 hours after capture

We will take reasonable steps to meet stated delivery times, but we do not accept liability for losses caused by delivery delays unless required by law.

9. File delivery and storage

Final files will usually be delivered through a private online gallery, download link, cloud folder or other electronic delivery method.

Download links may expire. Clients are responsible for downloading, backing up and storing delivered files.

We do not guarantee permanent storage of project files, raw files, working files or delivered media.

Archived file re-supply may be available at our discretion and may incur a reasonable admin fee.

10. Copyright and ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain copyright and ownership of all photographs, videos, virtual tours, floor plans, edits, source files, working files and other creative materials produced by us.

You do not own the copyright unless copyright transfer is expressly agreed in writing and paid for.

11. Client licence after payment

After full payment has been received, we grant the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the final delivered works for marketing, leasing or selling the specific property connected with the booking.

This licence includes use for:

  • Real estate listing portals
  • Agency websites
  • Social media posts and advertising for the property campaign
  • Brochures, flyers and signboards
  • Email marketing for the property campaign
  • Open home displays
  • Vendor, landlord or property manager marketing for the specific property

The licence does not allow use for unrelated properties, unrelated campaigns, stock image resale, template resale, commercial resale, third-party advertising, AI dataset training, or any purpose outside the agreed booking without our written permission.

12. Sharing with third parties

You may share the final works with listing portals, vendors, landlords, property managers, real estate agencies, printers, signboard suppliers, marketing assistants, advertising platforms and media platforms solely for marketing the specific property campaign.

Those third parties must not use the works for any unrelated purpose without our written permission.

13. Editing and alteration of images

You may resize, crop, compress or format the delivered works for listing portals, brochures, signboards, websites and social media, provided the works are not altered in a misleading way and our rights are not infringed.

Without our written permission, you must not materially alter, AI-edit, recolour, manipulate, remove defects, change views, alter room dimensions, add or remove permanent fixtures, or misrepresent the property.

You are responsible for ensuring all use of images, videos, virtual staging and marketing materials complies with applicable real estate advertising laws, consumer laws, platform rules and agency obligations.

14. Virtual staging and digital editing

Virtual staging is intended to show styling potential only. It may involve adding photorealistic furniture, décor or styling elements to images.

We do not intentionally alter structural features, room dimensions, permanent fixtures, views, defects or property conditions in a way that may mislead buyers, tenants or viewers.

The client is responsible for ensuring any virtually staged or digitally edited images are clearly labelled where required and used in a way that is accurate, not misleading, and compliant with real estate advertising laws and platform requirements.

We may refuse editing requests that we reasonably believe could mislead buyers, tenants or the public.

15. Drone services

Drone services are subject to weather, safety, site conditions, airspace restrictions and applicable aviation rules.

Drone work may not be possible where there is restricted airspace, unsuitable weather, poor visibility, excessive wind, safety risk, nearby people, nearby aircraft, nearby emergency operations, site restrictions, or any other condition that makes the operation unsafe or unlawful.

If drone work cannot be completed safely or legally on the booked day, we may provide an alternative, reschedule the drone component, or refund the drone portion of the booking where appropriate.

Drone images or video included in a package are subject to lawful and safe flight conditions and are not guaranteed for every property.

16. Re-shoots and corrections

If there is a clear technical issue caused by us, such as missing agreed deliverables or a significant photographer error, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. We will assess the issue and may provide a correction, replacement edit or reasonable re-shoot at our discretion.

Re-shoots or re-edits may incur additional fees where the issue is caused by:

  • The property not being ready
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
  • Access limitations
  • Client change of mind
  • Weather or lighting conditions outside our control
  • New styling, repairs or changes made after the original shoot
  • Requests outside the original agreed scope

17. Raw files and working files

Unless expressly agreed in writing, raw files, unedited files, project files, working files, source files and editing files are not included in the booking and will not be supplied.

Only final edited deliverables are included.

18. Portfolio and marketing use

We may use selected non-confidential images, videos or project examples in our portfolio, website, social media, proposals, advertising and marketing materials.

Where the property is clearly identifiable, occupied, confidential, subject to client restrictions, or likely to identify an owner, tenant or occupant, we will seek consent or honour written opt-out requests before using those materials for our own marketing.

If you do not want us to use images from your booking for portfolio or marketing purposes, you must notify us in writing before delivery of the final files.

You may request removal of identifiable property images from our own website or social media channels. We will take reasonable steps to remove them from platforms we control within a reasonable time.

19. No guarantee of property outcomes

We aim to provide high-quality visual marketing materials, but we do not guarantee any specific result, including sale price, rental price, enquiry volume, listing performance, buyer interest, tenant interest, marketing outcome or speed of sale.

20. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with a booking is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or economic loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of business, loss of data, delay, or loss arising from third-party platforms.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.

21. Client indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses, claims, costs or expenses arising from:

  • Incorrect information provided by you
  • Failure to obtain required permissions
  • Unsafe or unlawful site conditions
  • Misleading use of delivered images or videos
  • Use of our works outside the agreed licence
  • Third-party claims arising from your use of the works, except to the extent caused by our negligence or breach of these terms

22. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

23. Changes to these Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new "Last updated" date.

The terms that apply to a booking are the terms in effect at the time the booking is confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

24. Governing law

The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
