Me n Angle Photography ("we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information in a clear, responsible and secure way. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information when you visit our website, make an enquiry, book our services, or otherwise deal with us. This policy is intended to comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply to us.

3. Property images and personal details captured during shoots

Because we provide real estate and property marketing services, photographs or videos may incidentally capture personal items or details within a property. The client is responsible for ensuring the property is prepared before the shoot and that any personal, confidential or sensitive items are removed or hidden before we arrive.

The client is also responsible for obtaining any required permissions from owners, vendors, landlords, tenants, occupants, managing agents or other relevant parties before booking the shoot.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Security measures may include secure cloud storage, password protection, access controls, HTTPS encryption, limited staff or contractor access, and reputable third-party service providers.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information sent over the internet.

11. Accessing or correcting your information

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

We may need to verify your identity before responding to your request. In some cases, we may refuse access or correction where permitted by law, such as where giving access would affect the privacy of others, reveal commercially sensitive information, or interfere with legal rights.

We will aim to respond within a reasonable time.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
